Pehel – Give wings to your dreams

Our women’s empowerment program, Pehel, focuses on providing women with the skills they need to earn a living and create a positive impact in their communities. We believe that empowering women to earn not only improves their own lives but also leads to a brighter future for their families and children.

Our program identifies key skills that are essential for women to earn a dignified living. We offer vocational training in these areas through our own training centres, providing women with the tools they need to succeed.

Impact:

Beauty Training Centre

⦁ Beauty Training Centre was started in March 2022 and up till now we have enabled 100+ girls and placed them in different salons and spas with an average salary of Rs 15000/month.

Tailoring Training Centre

⦁ In collaboration with Singer, the tailoring Centre was started in March 2023 which has trained more than 30+ women to either start their own businesses or work with garment factories making them financially independent.
